Droplets of Verse: ‘You’re My Flower’

You’re my flower,
So fragrant.
When I’m near you
I’m such a klutz.

Two hardwired souls
Walk though electric storms.
When I’m with you
The world is mine.

Clouds gather above
A darkness presses
Your thorns burst through
And I’m right there with you

You’re my flower
Rooted to the earth
We wake up with the dewdrops
Our garden grows
